My First Betta!

I know i keep saying but this time for sure getting my betta 2moz if all my water is fine!!
I can't wait- I'm only going to get a cheap one from the lfs but consodered he would have been jarred all of his life then going into a 5Gal i think he will be happy!.
If you know stuff about betta's and things i need when i get him please tell me!,

There's plenty of info around for you to peruse through on this site alone. So long as there's no big current in the tank, the temp is stable and warm enough and there's a few plants that reach the surface that he can rest in/on then all should be good. Foodwise they'll eat pretty much anything from flake to live brineshrimp and bloodworm. Actually they very much like live brineshrimp.
