What species are they. I've got some lady amherst and golden pheasant eggs arriving any day now, very excited about them, they're gorgeous. I have heard it's much better to write on the eggs in pencil (not ink). I've got an incubator, but prefer to use silkie bantams if some are available. Can I ask as well -did you help thatchick out of it's eggs as the shell seems broken in a weird way(?)
