My female guppie is sick

She’s just been getting bigger and bigger. At first I thought she was just pregnant but that was about a month and a half ago and she hasn’t stopped growing. She had white poop at first, now it looks like something red is coming out of her. I’ve had her for so long she’s my favorite fish please help me.

She appears to be infested with Camallanus nematode worms. I hope an American member can join the thread and suggest a source for flubendazole or lavamisole based meds. Nematodes aren't worms in spite of what they look like, so praziquantel based tapeworm treatments, the less expensive ones, won't work.

These creatures will spread, easily and quickly.
