my female betta

hey guys, i got my female betta a lil over a week ago and i like her alot. shes got red fins with red gill covers and brown lips, it looks like shes wareing lipstick and makeup shes a whole lot more melloer than the male and spend alot of time hideing in the plants, is this normal or are females just natureally reclusive?

ps: ladys, i need the name of a makeup company, id like to give her a name and y not name her after a makeup company

iv desided on Sephora, i think that sound cool. no its only her in there right now but i will be removeing the divider soon and putting the male in his own 1g tank, the divided thing was a bad idea think.
