My Favorite Lfs

This is my favorite Local fish store.

It's called Exotic Aquariums. They order whatever I want. Getting African lampeyes and bamboo shrimp next Thursday. Thought I'd spice up my ADA a bit. Yes, they have a nice FW section and some decent plants, but this is Marine chitchat, so I'll focus on the Marine stuff.

Main display tank, they have several others...

Fishies I won't be keeping.

What a lionfish!

Holding tanks... Lots of them. I tried to get pictures of wrasse, but they move fast all blurry. They've got a whole back section too that's just for RO production and SW mixing and Live food cultures.

I don't know what this is, but it's pretty cool...

This is the tail end of a gigantanormous Regal Tang. He lives in the LR holding tank. He's like almost a foot long. HUGE!

Again, need to look up what these are, but they are cute.

Think the lion you didnt know is a Fumanchu (sp) Lionfish? They are so cool!!

I cant begin to imagine the upkeep on those frag tanks, a sod to algae wipe, make sure each species is feeding and getting light requirements. Jeez...

The Lionfish looks like a Dendrochirus biocellatus to me too.

I wish we had LFS like that up here in the northern part of the country, all of our LFS are puny comparatively!
