I thought I had all girls & one tiny immature male, but it looks as though my biggest is actually a boy.

He is showing a really dark stripe down his belly now & I have just seen him & my biggest female nudging down next to each other under a bit of java moss, I had noticed them chasing each other a fair bit this morning but I thought that was my fault as one of the plants died yesterday & I hadnt replaced it yet today & the tank had a bit of a bare area.

I was planning on re-planting & re-arranging their tank tonight, but I guess I should leave them and keep an eye on them for now?

awww, i hope it goes well, lickle DP babies

congrats...hopefuly they were successful! how big is your tank and how many in it? im curious about breeding these guys and have a spare 36. actualy my 36 gallon has 1 dp in it at the moment lol

thanks, i'm not sure if they were successful or not, i'm going to do a quick gravel vac tonight, just in case there are any eggs in there, I guess the little DPs will get eaten if there are any.

I have 5 of the little guys in a 90ltr. I bet little puffer babies are very cute.
