My cousins beatta is dying

My cousins betta is dying i think cause yesterday she decided to jump out. And fell to the floor i found her almost dead now shes sruggling trying ti swim but she gots all this hairy white stuf on the side that she fell in. What should i do shes a hospital tank.

Its sounds like body fungus(or mouth fungus depending where its located). This spread fairly fast as one of my female bettas recieved it, so act quickly. Try to increase aeration, cool the water temp a bit(as this bacteria multiplies faster in warmer temps) and get some kind of fungua meds quick.
