My Common Plecos

Hey i have a albino and a black common pleco and all they seem to do is follow each other ... could they be starting to breed?

They wont be breeding. more than likely they will be chasing each other due to teritorial disputes. what caves etc do you have in the tank?

They breed in holes that the male digs in the muddy river banks.
They are bred in fish farms

Are these in your 4ft tank too? Probably territorial fighting. They're going to need a bigger tank.
