My Co2 Build?

Hello, ive been doing a lot of research on co2 kits etc and it seems it will be best for me to use disposable bottles.

As for kit i have come up with the following list



- Regulator For Disp Gas Bottles Twin Gauge £28.99 from welduk

- Soleniod Valve from the german site on ebay, be like £20 euros, does anyone know the fitting as its all in german ??

- Aquarium Gardening Needle Valve from aqua essentials £22

- JBL Non return valve £ 3 from aqua essentials

- JBl C02 Tubing 4/6mm 3M £3 for aqua essentials

- Spiro 3000 Diffuser £9.99 form aqua essentials.


What do you people think to the above?? any more ideas???

the total will be about £90

Also was looking at the

as its all in one regulator so to speak buts takes the 22mm thread bottles

is there an adaptor to convert normal gas bottle regs to take disposable bottles ???

Why get the reg and needle value separately? Certainly the reg and needle value can be bought together from here

it says accepts normal thread but also dispossable bottle, am a little confused

I wouldve bought the solenoif and needle valve both from the german seller for the same postage.

The solenoid fittings are universal

Rather than screw it into the reg. I was advised to screw the needle valve into the reg and then connect the solenoid in line.

therefore it fits all CO2 6mm hoses in an out.
