I have three and the biggest one has been messing with an angel i have in there and the angel is not that small. Today i saw the loach trying to munch on the tip of her feeler. It looked like he was trying to eat it. Other days I just notice him bothering her. Is he being aggressive or just annoying? The angel doesn't seem to bothered but I don't want to run into any problems.

Kind of strange since my clown loaches are in a tank with angels and they all get along fine. Unless the angels fins are starting to rip and stuff from the clown loach biting them I wouldn't worry about it.

From what you said the Angel is behaving normally and showing no signs of stress or damage, so just keep an eye on things.

If the Clown loach is harassing the Angel incessantly, the Angel is going to be stressed out continuously whether damage is taken or not. A stressed fish has a weakened immune system, making it more susceptible to disease. If it doesn't stop you should intervene by removing the aggressor or the victim. If there's no damage and the aggression is sporadic and infrequent then I wouldn't worry about it.
