it looks like his bottom lip is pouting
i found a dog simular to him the other day weaving in and out of traffic
it looked confused, then it saw me and ran over as if he was looking for me
i was like "please let it be friendly please let it be friendly please let it be friendly...
everyone was glaring and yelling out their cars that i should "get my dog on a leash"
i was like "o...........k.........."
but luckily the dog was VERY friendly and i was able to phone his owner who showed up like half an hour later
he was an older man in his 50-60
he didn't seem all that surprised to see his dog so far from home......

Gosh what an irresponsible dog owner.

I get upset if mine get out of the yard and chase them and THEN they are in big trouble and they know it.
