Should I get anouther bristlenose catfish she looks a bit lonely should I worry about this!!

Well...bnose catfishes don't really get lonely because they are solitary fish....just watch my bnose chase away a platy when one approaches them....he is small...they are big....but soon he'll be twice there size (so watch out)...

A male would only be on order for your girl if you wanted to have fry....which I am planning on doin with my male.....his "girlfriend" will be here this week!!

My otos always hang out on the filter intake, I don't think it's a problem. I'm not sure of the catfish's prefrances for company. Try asking in the catfish forum.

edit: oops, took too long to reply. :*)

One of my otos is always sucking on the intake tube. The first time I saw him, U unplugged the filter for a few minutes (until he got off) because I was afraid the power of the filter would be too strong for him to get away
