Hey there im rather curious abput my most recent pet, its a huge nine inch striped dora! He was took in by my lfs as he was held accountable for consuming 20 odd neon tetras overnight so the previous owner asked on the best way to kill him!
So needless to say it was took in and "reserved" for me! One problem, hes huge, well just plain fat really! and makes one heck of a racket all night, craok croak rasp etc,

I understand that they are talking catfish but this is driving me mad! any advice?

usually they dont croak unless out of the water. Maybe put a couple small fish in and see if hes hungry

lol, well i guess you all have vlid oints but does the croaking mean hes stressed?

I've got a spotted dora in there as well, only small but thats never croacked like this one has
