my bi colour goes almost completely white once in a while but i think this is due to stress, its home is in a hole in a rock which happens to be right under my anemone and the hosting clowns try and shoo it away every now and again stressing it out but after at the most a couple of Min's it changes back. if these spots are there constantly id be a Lil worried. never had a diseased fish i cant help you in that department. hope it works out!

Yeah, looks more like a pigment change than disease spots. Many saltwater fish can change colors or even only partially when stressed or in response to different lighting conditions. My labouti wrasse gets these white stripes on him when he's freaked out

ye it seems so that he can change them on and off when i put the lighting on or when he is scared a lil.
thanks for all your help. here is a pic of him on a rock
