my bettas!

this is the latest addition to the family, Omega. he's a grumpy little guy and is completely non-photogenic. the first pic is the flash illuminating his colors, and the second pic is what he looks like normally - dark and mysterious 8)

the rips at the end of his upper tail are almost healed now he was a little beat up from the petstore.


my second guy is Mr. Wiggles. he's an absolute ham and has given me quite a few cute poses for the camera. the first pic was taken when i first got him.

oh yeah and don't worry, those plastic plants in Mr. Wiggles's last pic aren't in his tank, they're behind it. i'm still searching for some nice silk ones.

Whats wrong with plastic plants?

I use soft plastic plants in my 2 betta tanks (5 gallon divided and 3 gallon) They are not hard and don't harm the bettas fins at all!

Silk plants can harm fish just as much as remember if they brush against the edges It can give them a cut just as bad as a paper cut.
