He has already had a fight with the guppies, im thinking of moving him into the fry tank when they have grown up so hopefully this will be his new home -

Id like to divide it up and have 2 in there as its a 5 gallon tank and there would be enough room (air stone and filter would be removed, and daily water changed done)

Yep - I'd move him from that tank asap before he and the guppie(s) get into it. It could turn out nasty.

Hmm, as for names - I'm not very good at naming fish.

Oh I love the first picture of him Me having past experiance in martial arts makes me think he's getting ready to spar with someone.

As for names....hmm. Since he looked like a little fighter maybe:
Bruce Lee
Kung Fu
Jean *Claude Van Damme*
or Van Damme
Karate Kid
Mr. Miyagi
