My male betta is not eatting much at all i am very worried about him. Help please.

Need a helluva lot more info than that.

For a start, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH readings, what size tank, how long has it been set up, how did you grow the filter bacteria? Have you added anything to the tank recently? What chemicals do you use?

How active is the fish?
How old is the fish?
How much is he eating?
How often do you feed him?
How long have these symptoms been apparent?

Usually betta fish can lose appetite when the water temperature is under 24 Celsius, also Betta fish can lose appetite when they feel unwell or the water quality is bad.

But we need more details about your fish and your fish tank.

1) how long have you had your betta?
2) what size is the tank , does it have a heater and filter?
3) what is the tank temperature?
4) what type of food did you feed your betta?
5) what are the ammonia, nitrates and ph results?
6) how often do you do water changes
7) any other signs showing up like spots, paling ( loss of color) , lethargic etc?

took a water sample to petshop and they said ammonia is 0 and the rest is all safe i do 2 water changes a week 20-25% had my betta 2 weeks good filter and a heater my water temp is around 25c i feed him bloodworm and  tropical fish pellets and signs of colour loss apart from his head and gone from dark blue to red but i got told they change colour when they mature.
