Okay, I know that this is weird, but my betta eats cabbage. It's true. I was peeling some to feed my ottos, but then I noticed that my betta munched a piece up. And he didn't spit it out. In fact, he kept eating it as if he loved it. There was this one piece that was too big, but he kept going for it like he never did before with any other food before. Not even the bloodworms! I can't believe this...is this healthy? Should I include cabbage in my bettas diet now? I'm sure he's not starving or anything, cause he already ate his pellets...

Well...it's odd but not unlikely, my older male loves zucchini and I've heard of people giving their bettas peas, so if he likes it,give it to him :)

At least he's eating! Sure, why not cabbage? I'm sure it provides some nutrients that other betta food does not. Plus, it's good for variety. Good for him!

Although it seems funny that your betta likes cabbage, it's not actually that bad!
Vegitation is part of every fishs diet and so if he likes cabbage feed it to him, My betta likes eating pea's and the weed in the tank.
