BEAUTIFUL pics. Some gorgeous babies you have there.

I have to nominate pic 1 with Culann and Fearghus for POTM. They look so cute together like that.

Aten was a beautiful baby, so sorry for you loss. :rip:

me 2nd the nomination. :D does forest cats have different eyes to coons? i've never seen a real one before so i can't tell the difference. i have 2 coons myself. aten looks like a lovely cat. what breed was he? also you must like your pets in BIG sizes

Thanks for the nominations.

Culann and Fearghus are good friends but Culann is a bit frightened of Sebastian because Sebastain loves Culann and likes to smooch him but Seb has HUGE canines and he drags them across the poor dogs face when he smooches him. Everyone else gets along well although tiny little Chaplin does like to ambush the dogs on their way to breakfast.

Yes - I love big dogs and big cats. I would have koi too if I had somewhere I could dig deep enough for a koi pond.

Forest cats have eye colours much the same as Maine Coons but they are also known for the spectacular green eyes some of them have but Sebastian's eyes are just spectacular - not because he is a ferest cat. Just because they are.

I have never seen another cat with eyes like Sebastians. They are the most stunning opalescent green - and changeable. They can change form an deep opally emerald green to an aquamarine with swirls of green to turquoise and even to a clear pale blue. We all know NOT to pick him up when he has blue eyes - he bites. I have never been able to take a picture that does his eyes justice. Most people when they first meet him comment on his size and then they say OMG look at his eyes!. That's what I did when I first met him too.

Aten was a large domestic longhair. If he was a pedigreed breed he would have been described as a flame tabby. He was such a lovely boy with a beautiful loving nature.
