My aquarium with new plant

So I stop in one of the LFS only to find them unboxing a new shipment of plants, of course I had to help so that I could get first dibs at them.
So out comes this giant amazon sword and I ask how much... He says "You can have it for $13" I am like ok uhh are you sure? So we put it in some water and rinsed it off, then into a bag it went.

It is 16 inches tall, and about 18 inches wide, had to rework the whole aquarium for it, but it makes such a great centerpiece to finish the tank off. My fish seem to love playing tag in their new maze! When you look at it, remember this is a 46 gallon bow front, 18 inches tall and 36 inches long... so yeah the sword really is that big!

So whatcha think?

Nice to see someone else with a 46g bow. I'm actually going to be starting my plant shopping in a few days. Right now all I've got is rocks. Are you using the normal 1 tube 36" light from AGA? And if so are you having any trouble keeping your plants alive?

Nice looking tank. I love the curved glass tanks.

Wow! That is such a beautiful and enormas plant! You are so lucky! I've been searching around ofr a large plant for my 46 gallon tank to go behind my roman temple.

What kind of lighting do you use in that tank? Do you use any fertilizers or root tabs to make your plants look so healthy and green? I'm just curious . . .

The lighting is a 96 watt 6700k compact flourescent fixture, and a 30 watt 50/50 regular flourescent fixture. I did put root tabs in there when I first set it up, but having just read that rabbit turds will work well, I will be raiding the bottom of the rabbit hutch in the near future... Co2 is on the way also. Thanks for the compliments!
