you need to put in a whole lot more rocks in there.
the labidochromis hongi looks good too, is it a "red top"?

Can I suggest making alot more rock formations with bits of slate?

African cichlids are very terratorial and will thank you no end if they have lots of little caves to hide in if they need a rest!

This will reduce fighting between each other which will almost certainly happen with cichlids.

yeah the last time I went to the LFS I went to get rocks but they had none in and ended up getting the hongi instead . Think I might try another LFS tomorrow.

they are the Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos or "maingano"

i agree with the others..you really should make adding more (a lot more) rockwork a priority

add a few plants it will make it look even better than it does now.
