sometimes comes out of the water, there is floating plants in the tank, and he sits on top of them, is that safe for him? i thought they needed to be in water all the time. x.x;;
but he seems to be alright with sitting up there, but i just want to make sure its ok.

dwarf frogs are ok out of the water.. if he needs water.. he will go back in

Just make sure he desn't jump out when the lid's off!
