He is at the bottom of the tank sideways flopping as if on land. He has been like this for days. My tanks water is great but the ph was high I lowered it and still nothing. It could be a disease and I know that last time we put a fish in the water the bag flipped and spilled in the water and a lot of diseases come from that. Does anyone know what is wrong. I am on a father's day vacation so he/she might be dead I will check the fishy cam later.

The old age probably is it but I have never seen any fish flop and swim sideways on the bottom of the tank also he/she has all of the symptoms for a disease. The cause for the disease the water from a transport bag gets into the tank and last time I added a fish the bag tipped and spilled in the tank. Hopefully I can find some acriflavine soon to see if that is it. I also searched google and I can't find the average age for a gourami. Pictures and video I can see if I can get it but that will be either in a few hours or tommorow.
