anyone else?, i am open to critisim so i an make my tank better.

Well, Just like someone else said I have a strong dislike for colored gravel. But other than that its all good. Maybe you could just change it one day when you get the time as i understand it was a gift.

I am not crazy about it either, but i would have to spend money( which i dont have), take out my new plants( which would kill them), and take out all the water and fish( wich would stress them out). So it will be a while before i do anything about the gravel.

Just to let you know, if you have a dollar for a pack of construction paper you can make your own background (I did that before I had the money to buy a "real" one). Any color you like would be fine, but dark blue or black tends to look best, in my opinion.
Also, adding a few nice rocks and/or pieces of driftwood but look good too. The rocks you may could get for free (from outside somewhere), but I'm sure the wood would cost a little bit. I got all of mine from a pet store around here for about $8 a piece, and they're small pieces.

I have some drift wood, got a ft long piece for 4 dollars. But it wont sink.Anyone else?
