My 150g Reef Setup

Just getting started, first attempt at aquascaping with help of the g/f's eyes! Just got in our VHO lighting man is that thing bright! I believe its somewhere in the neighboor hood of 700 watts.

Beautiful tank Jeff! You did an awesome job of aquascaping (your gf has a good eye! )!! Love your corals too!!

I do need to ask what are the corals that are on that half clam shell looking thing. They're on the sand, it's a colony with green centers and bluish tentacles in the pic?? I hate to say it, but they look to me like the dreaded majano anemones but I hope that I am soooo wrong.....maybe I need to get new glasses!

LOL i kno how that is! i always do my aquascaping in the morning when my g/f is there (still in bed the lazy git) cos she sees way nicer layouts than me!!

Sam that is a Elegant Coral in the taco shell looking one. It was open more but when I did my water change but it closed up when some colder water hit it on accident, I hope it opens back up and I didn't harm it. It looked like this before I did that.....

Still look like what you where thinking it was? I'm still new to all the names of the corals, but we were sold it as a elegant coral.
