Ok, so I read the guides and still my pictures are pants. Think I need to read the guides again..... and again :D

Think I need to put the brightness onto manual, my tank has 40watts of lights, yet here it looks erm..... dark

I'll pop some pics out once I've got better results.

Nice tank and fishies. Try feeding your plec about half an hour after lights out. It won't take him long to find the food and the others will have settled down for the night.

yeah try that i use to do that. cuz as soon as u put the lights out the plec comes out looking for food and all the others rest for the night.

Thanks all your too kind :) I found a suitable pot to half bury in the right side of the tank to give the plecs somewhere to hang out should they want to.

Yes those zebras were all over the bottom of the tank when a plec tab was sitting down there. I did drop a plec tab in after lights out last night and the other fish did for the most part leave it alone..... great.

Interesting. Room lights were a little lower than the tank lights hence the brightness, but this was without the flash.

I've bought some more plants that will arrive in a few days in an attempt to *help* with my water nitrate issues. (ref tap water post in emergencies forum).
