beautiful

often admired these but never kept them

He's gorgeous, hope mine turns out to look as good as yours :D

stunning example mate very nice

Thanks everyone. He is a brute. The only drawback is that he is a dominant fish and he owns the 100 gallon tank that he lives in. The only tankmates that have survived are a 13" pleco and a 5" african jewel cichlid. He seems to have a a bit of a crush on her

Ok I converted everything to metric for ya.

The GT is 25cm

My tank is 378 liters

It measures 122 cm wide x 46 cm thick x 76 cm tall

Its really hard to get a clear pic of this fish. It took weeks to get the ones i have because he is so aggresive. He races back and forth and attacks the glass in an attempt to protect his territory. He has bit me when I was vacuuming the gravel.

Wow, he is bootyfull! I wish that I would be able to have one, they are just way too agressive and large for a 29 gallon. :good:
