 The double tail girls were so dang cute and very small! less than half an inch...my girls are all monsters, the largest measuring 4.25 inches, the smallest at over 2.25. It made me realise how much they've grown. Would have gotten all five of the dt's, but I have no room for them. :(

I got a metallic white boy (He shines green, red fins. He's lovely and has a great butterfly pattern) while I was there. Nearly nabbed myself a -beautiful- blue marble, but my fiance didn't like him. Spangle keeled over for no reason at all this morning and I couldn't stand to see his tank sitting there...empty...probably died from old age as I got him from a girl that bought him at Petsmart and had him 2+ years. :byebye: I even had a funeral and buried him under the rosemary bush.

Does anybody else cry when one of their 'babies' die. or am I weird?

You're not weird. Everyone is attached to their fish, It's perfectly normal to be upset when we loose someting we care about.
chin up :byebye:

Aaaw Mina I'm sorry about Spangle. You gave him a great home and he was an old boy! :rip: Spangle.

It's perfectly normal and helpful to cry when you lose someone special. I lost my little Pearl one week and two days ago, and I cried 'til I couldn't cry and didn't eat dinner.

On a happier note, congrats on the new boy! :D

Well, ok, but we need pics! I neeeed to see this pretty boy, please.

I am sorry about Spangle.

Sorry about your loss, but if it was due to old age, then at least he had a good life, and now has left a spot for you to give others a good home. Can't wait to see pics
