Hey I got 2 Murray Cod today from my LFS its Friggin' wiked.
The Murray Cod Are only about 4 cm and i also had a gold medaka in the tank.
The tank was cycled before and i just put in new fish. The Murray cod massacred the medaka it engulfed it in one gulp. sorry to any people if this is sickening but i have a fairly large aquarium and the fish could hide it was natural for fish to eat anyway.
I know the murray cod will grow too large but i have a plan to give it to my LFS anyway they will accept them both once they grow around 30cm. I would like to keep them both but cant as i havent got enough space. I had a murray cod before and i loved him so much it was and is my favourite fish. I even go to the river and catch them. kindof contradicts what fish keeping is about right? i always release my fish.
