Hi

Does anyone use a type of "multi vitamin" for tropical fish tanks?

Can someone please list the pro's and con's ?

thanks
Ryan

I've never even heard of that, but my initial reaction would be skepticism. You can have a healthy tank without it. But I'm not a big fan of chemicals... I may be biased. ;)

Just make sure you do your homework.

Good luck!

Boyds Vitachem[ been around for a while] , occasionally , I soak krill in it . :dunno: I did not notice any great improvements . A balanced { varied ]diet and frequent partial water changes are 2 of the best things you can do for your fish .

If you feed your fish on good food, flaked, pelleted or granules and this has been specially prepared food from a reputable company. Then there is no need for added supplements. The fish food manufacturers have balanced the food for your fish's needs.
