I've got a room full of home made doubles & a triple. Look into deck construction, this will give you ideas on how to build it. To make up any sort of measured plans you would have to post the exact tank measurements, how much room you need between the tanks to work on the lower tank, how far off the floor you want the lower tank, and how close to the ceiling you want the upper tank.

Bottom tanks that are too low are tough to get a good syphon going for maintenance, upper tanks that are too high require a stepstool to maintain. Too little space between tanks makes maintenance tough. The trick is finding a happy medium.
