any ideas to get rid of these will definitely be welcomed

Reduce feeding: they will die off on their own if they don't get as much food.

Hmm, that's a problem.. at least water changes after feeding to remove uneaten food should help. In that case, your easiest option might just be getting as many out as you can every day.. you could try stripping the tank down, but I doubt that would do the fry any favours and there are bound to be some in the filter or on other decor.

I've heard of a method you could try to control the MTS numbers, im not so sure about wiping them out though.

Some people have found that boiling a leaf of lettuce (so it sinks) and leaving it in the tank over night attracts the snails. So that in the morning you should be able to find quite a few of them still on the piece of lettuce, for you to take them out and crush their shells to kill them.

Ive never had a problem with MTS so i dont have experience with this, but hopefully it will help you out :)
