Mines a new house, however under 3 struts and a supporting wall it takes well over 300kilos of my tank, plus i even jumped once scared me but was ok.

Just make sure its near a wall like outside wall or under a supporting wall from down a floor.

The rule of thumb is 55g and under are usually fine in any setup/house, above that, it needs to be placed against a load bearing walls with the struts perpendicular to the tank length. Does that make sense to you?

Yes, though your tank isnt too much bigger than the normal max size for basic flooring, you can help things by placing up against a load bearing wall and having a stand that distributes the total weight of the tank over the supporting members it lay across evenly. A good contructed stand with 3 to 4 vertical supports with lateral runners at the top and bottom of each vertical support should help distribute the total weight of the tank better. The paneling/wood covering of the stand should also help distribute the weight. If the apartments your going into are up to code, then they should be able to support the weight of your tank over the four foot span. Just ask the owner/super of the apartments and they should tell you the last time that the building was inspected.

for reference... just filled with water your tank will weigh roughly 650 to 700lbs (~300 to 320Kg)
