Hi,

I have had a Jewel 90 tank on a stand for a few years and it is now time to decorate and renew the carpet.

I am concerned that the tank would be much to heavy to move safely, but I would rather not decorate and carpet around it!

Has anyone got a workround for this?
Also if I am having a carpet laid and the fitters are hammering on the floorboards around the tank, would this cause the fish distress?

Any help would be appreciated

Ivor

I have no idea how big a 90 is. 90 litres?

Have you got somewhere you can put it while decorating?

I would empty most of the water into buckets (put fish in buckets). Move tank. Put water and fish back in. Its a pain, but it's gotta be done.
