Moving old tank

Hello all again, I just posted earlier on how to set up a larger tank. Thanks for the reply, but what I also wanted to ask is how I should go about moving my old tank. Do I completely empty all the water and put my fish in a bucket or what i am so confused. Please help!

It all depends how far you are moving to. If it is only a short move then yes a bucket is the best option but if it is quite a distance this wont really work.

my tank is a 30 gallon tank with 4 platy 4 zebra danio 2 betta and 2 rams

You actually have 2 Bettas in your tank? Wow...I thought that was a big no-no, From what I've heard, Male Bettas tend to be extremely agressive towards any other fish with long fins.

make sure u have a rough plan of how ur gonna do it before u start
oh and i even addapted it to movin my 3 ft yesterday

hey guys my bettas are one male named BOO, and one female named ARIEL! ahhh cute right! but he pays her no attention and she can care less for him either. what weirdos. I love them though because when they swim its like angels in water.
