Moving From 1 Tank To Another

Looking for a quick response. Transferring from 30 gal to another 30gal.

- is it good idea to transfer the water from old tank to new one?
- is it good to transfer the sand without cleaning it?
- is it good to give the live rock a slight rinse in the tank water before transferring over?
- will the live rock cycle in the new tank and give me problems?

all according how old it is and what you have in the tank

yes, but again, all according how old it is - if several years old probably better to replace it

No
- will the live rock cycle in the new tank and give me problems?

Not if you are moving it from one tank to the other without it being out of the water for very long
