Moving Fish....

I will be moving here within the next 2 months or so, what is the best way to move fish? The furthest I will be moving is a 2 or so hr drive away. I only have 4 fish, 2 platys (M&F) a pleco and a dinosaur/bichir eel. I can probably give the platys to a friend, but I would like to keep my pleco and bichir.
I am in no hurry, just looking for opinions on how to move them. Please Please Please don't give me a hard time about how they cooperate in the tank together or anything.
