Cut down feeding,
Cut down on photoperiod
Use Phosphate removers
Employ a sump with Cheato algae
Regular waterchanges with RO and possibly a DI unit.
Up your cleanup crew. (snails, crabs, shrimp)
Algae eating fish (may not be an option for you)

Yup, btw for future reference that's mostly green hair algae. Best and easiest options out of those stated above are only feeding your fish as much as they eat...left over food = excessive nutrients, excessive nutrients lead to nuisance algaes. If you're already using RO/DI water then chances are your phosphates arent out of control...if you're using tap water then stop it. Best solutions but not easiest or cheapest would be to setup the sump mentioned above with a nutrient exporting macro algae growth chamber, i.e. chaetomorpha, or caulerpa. Also add a phosphate reactor to the sump with a phosphate absorbtion media such as rowaphos. Those two mentioned additions will starve the algae growing in the main tank and also rid your water of excess nutrients.
