Hi All.

I have a 150litre tank which has plants in.

I have some pebbles which i would like to cover in moss. simular to the algae you get on rocks outside your house.

Does such thing exist??

Also i have tried java moss and xmas moss but both dont grow much and i have followed recommended conditions for it to grow fast

Im looking for a kind of algae carpet if that makes sense so i cant see the pebbles much.

Thanks,

Dave

Moss is a slow grower unless your running high powered lights and dosing/injecting CO2.

You can superglue the moss to the rock, which would work.

Agreed altho high powered lights is not essential. If you want a moss carpet you will need to dose micros macros and a carbon source such as florish excel or easycarbo.
Or it will grow very slow and look manky!
