Moss Background

Hi, i am looking at making a background of moss plants. A bit like the following

Once i have the mesh i will attach to the top of the tank and down into the sand. this will then make a background that will be made fully out of moss plants.

So now you have the idea, what plants would you recommend?. I am current looking at

Once i place the plants onto the mesh, are these sort of plants fast growers as the one above is 50mmx50mm and i need to fill the back of the tank which is 620mmx720mm.

Any help would be much appreciated.
