I know that most comonly used ones are cold cathode, but I wondered if anyone used night bulbs fur terarrium purposes?

I've not used them, but i have use buld's as a light source, if the not protected from condensation they can just blow up leaving glass everywhere.

If not cold catodes what about blue LED's, you can but them that are 100% water proof off ebay for £3 each
