mollys arent getting along

i have 2:1 ratio, and they arent getting along is this normal? I thinkthe male is just trying to do his thing they are fighting.

2:1 how? 2 males to 1 female or the other way around? And how many total? Need a little more info before I can help ya

2 females and 1 male thet were fighting for the first couple minutes and now there fine but how long does it take them to get along and start breeding with each other,
