The females tend to be bigger than the males
The males have an elongated anal fin called a gonopodium. A female's anal fin is more triangular
also there's a good chance that if it's a female it'll be pregnant and look a lot plumper than the males

if they are mixed sex then you'll have an endless amount of fry, so be prepared

i have got mixed i checked but nothing has happened yet

females are pregnant for 4 weeks then they give birth to live free swimming fry, other fish will gladly eat them up. what size tank and whats the stocking?

its a killfish red and truquoise extremly rare £15.5 neons

so its a killifish, your tank is 13 US gal, which IMO isn't big enough for the mollies alone let alone other fish, especially as the mollies are mixed sexes.
how long has the tank been setup? what are your water stats?
