I got 2 female mollys about 8 days ago. One was fine and still is, but the other, when I got it was all dark, and had a very large looking head, now she is sitting at the bottom, with a red dot in one eye. She is getting a little bit better colors, but my other molly died of dropsy that I had before and he also had red in his eyes shortly before he died... I wish they would let you pick out the fish

Try adding aqua salt to the aquarium
It reduces fish loss by a lot!!!
