When asking about problems, it always helps to provide data. Results of tests for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate (if done), the GH (hardness) and pH and temperature (these are water parameters), other fish, water change schedule, and any substances of additives going into the water. As this is a new tank (one month), how was it cycled?
While we're waiting for that, the eye problem is commonly called pop-eye, though this can have one of several reasons. The above data will help narrow them down. I'm not going to start suggesting medications since I don't know the data and adding these can cause more stress and worsen things.
