how many mollies shoudl i put into my 10 gallon tank at once without spikeing the water..i was told to only have up to 5 in my 10 galloner but i'm not sure..will some one help?? :/
 
Im not a molly owner but i do own a 10 galllon tank i would have to say bout 5. looks bout right to me. but im not sure get more info.

depends on the type of molly as the different types get to be different sizes as adults. Look up the type of molly yoou wish to get on the internet and see how big they get as adults, then remember tht you should have about 1 inch of adult fish per gallon af water in your tank. So in your tank 10" of adult fish plus or minus a couple. Mollies do like to have swimming room so not too many in a 10 gallon tank and also remember that if getting male and female livebearers you should get at least 2 females for each male. HTH :)
