display to the pregnant guppy I have. Yes its really weird ive now got a male molly and a female molly, a male guppy an and a female guppy. My female guppy is preggas I think, but about 4 of my other female guppys have died in a month so shes the last and im dependin on her. My male molly seems to accasionally follow and try to mate with the female molly but not sure if he actually has. When he sees my female guppy he goes crazy and displays to her! He 4gets about the female molly and just concentrates on the guppy! Ive tried putting the guppy in a breeding net but he ignores both the molly and the guppy! I dont think that its possible for them to actually breed but its rlly weird how he seems to go crazy at a female molly and cudnt care less about the female of his own species? Anybody got any advice plz?

Oh yer was just wonderin is it possible for a molly and guppy to breed? lol probs a stupid question but it wud be kool

I would think if he is trying on the gupp he is breeding with the other mollies. It don't take long for them to do the act of breeding. About 3 secs if that.

Your Male Molly is just being a "Male" :D Yes, Guppy can breed with Molly, they are both of the Genus "Poecilia", and can breed and produce offspring.

Now, whether or not this will actually happen????? No clue. Many people keep the two together and never get crosses. If yours are actually breeding, which you say your observing, this COULD happen. I have honestly NEVER been able to verify a Guppy Molly cross

ok kool wow! wud be very kool but unlikely im gonna buy myself a bigger tabjk so as i can keep afew more females to the male molly then hopefully the female guppy wont get so mobbed by the male molly thnx 4 that
