Molly has a spot

My white lyretail Silver Molly female who is very preganant just developed this spot on her body some what close to her tail. The best I can describe it is a pimple. The water is fine. 0 on Ammonia,nitrite, nitrate is about 10. She is in the 150 Gal.
Does anyone have any ideas. It's not ich. I'm not sure what the heck it is.

The spot is white. It looks like something is coming from inside her skin. Just a bump.
