Molly freaking out or sick??

My male molly is swimming at the top of the water line and flipping himself all across the top of the water.....

i think it got swiming baldder problem and it will die

Not swim bladder, he is not haveing trouble swimming. He was flipping his body across the top of the water as if he was ichy. but no ich on him. I put him in a separate tank under closer inspection , i noticed he has greyish white patches on him. what could this be? and could it be the cause if his behavior?

In my experience with fishes, grey patches are injuries as long as they are not raised or fluffy.
