I cant figure out what is the matter with her I have her on meds try sulfer it is keeping her alive but that is about all it is doing some one please help me figure out what is the wrong with her

Are the gills beating rapidly ? If they are then the most likely cause is gill disease, usually caused by poor water conditions - what are your readings like? Two partial water changes in a week (25-50 percent of the volume replaced with conditioned water) is a decent treatment and you could just use a regular antibacterial agent placed in the tank to help treat it.

Where she is swollen do the scales look like they are coming off ?
